Colorado Avalanche right winger, Valeri Nichushkin, is still single but is engaged to his girlfriend Svetlana Lyuk.

The lovebirds announced their engagement on January 6, 2018.
Valeri currently plays as a right winger for the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL).
He had played for one season in the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL), and then was later transferred from Traktor Chelyabinsk to Dynamo Moscow.

After his two-year contract with Dynamo, was cancelled, he was allowed to play in the NHL.
Valeri is an outstanding player due to his incredible skating skills, a strong and swift stride that prompts defenders to continuously try to keep up with him.
He is notable for his good speed and is able to wield control with the puck on his stick.
He is able to shoot from any distance, sometimes he finds it challenging getting in around the net, but not withstanding, the player knows how to make defenders and goaltenders miss.
