Vaishali Takkar was an Indian television actress who primarily worked in Hindi. Vaishali Takkar was born in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh on July 15, 1992, to H.B Takkar and Annu Takkar. Neeraj Takkar is her only sibling.

She is best known for her roles in Sasural Simar Ka as Anjali Bharadwaj, Super Sisters as Shivani Sharma, Vish Ya Amrit: Sitara as Netra Singh Rathore, and Manmohini 2 as Ananya Mishra.

Takkar got a break in a TV show after graduating from the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya’s educational multimedia research centre (EMRC) in 2014. She had been working in the industry since then.

Takkar began her acting career as Sanjana in the TV show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai,’ and she has also appeared in ‘Ye Wada Raha,’ ‘Ye hai Ashiqui,’ ‘Sasural Simar Ka,’ ‘Super Sisters,’ ‘Laal Ishq,’ ‘Vish ya Amrit,’ and ‘Manmohini 2.’

Takkar also won an award for her performance as the antagonist in the television show ‘Sasural Simar Ka.’

Vaishali Takkar, 30, died by suicide at her home in Tejaji Nagar, Indore on Saturday, October 15, 2022. She died by hanging.

Her father discovered her body on Sunday, October 16, 2022. Her body was taken to MY Hospital for a post-mortem examination.
