Usain Bolt, a retired Jamaican sprinter who was born on August 21, 1986, is largely regarded as the best sprinter of all time. In the 100, 200, and 4 x 100-meter relay, he holds the world records.

Bolt, an eight-time Olympic gold medalist, is the first sprinter to have won the 100-meter and 200-meter Olympic titles in three back-to-back Games (2008, 2012, and 2016). He also won two gold medals in the 4 100 relay.

He became famous all around the globe after winning two sprint events in Olympic world records in the 2008 Beijing Games, becoming the first person to accomplish so since fully automatic timing became required.
In 2009, Bolt lowered his second 100 m world record time in 9.69 seconds to 9.58.

Bolt was born on August 21, 1986, to Wellesley and Jennifer Bolt in the village of Sherwood Content, Trelawny, Jamaica. Sadiki, his brother, and Sherine, his sister, are his siblings. Bolt went to Waldensia Primary when he was a kid, which is where he first started to demonstrate his promise as a sprinter. He had risen to become the school’s top 100-meter runner by the age of twelve.
