Tyson Bagent, an American football quarterback for the Chicago Bears of the National Football League (NFL), was born on June 8, 2000. The Shepherd Rams were his collegiate football team.

As a freshman, Bagent took over as the Shepherd Rams’ starting quarterback. He was chosen to the Mountain East Conference’s (MEC) first team after completing 253 of 387 pass attempts for 3,029 yards and 29 touchdowns. After passing for 4,349 yards and 36 touchdowns, he was voted second team All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) East, Shepherd’s new athletic conference.
Due to COVID-19, Bagent’s junior season was postponed. Bagent was voted the PSAC East Offensive Player of the Year and won the Harlon Hill Trophy in 2021 after passing for 5,000 yards and 53 touchdowns.
