In the Twilight Saga movie series, Edward did not bite the baby out of Bella. As seen in Breaking Dawn – Part 1, Bella who was pregnant with Edward’s child, carries the baby to term.

However, because Bella’s baby, named Renesmee, is half-vampire and has vampire abilities that put her life at risk, the pregnancy was extremely difficult for Bella. Renesmee is half-human and half-vampire.

Bella’s baby bites when it was still an infant in the womb because it was trying to communicate her thoughts and feelings to Bella. This can be seen in Breaking Dawn – Part 2.
