Notably, Horn received an invitation to join the progressive rock band Yes, where he assumed the role of lead singer.

The unfolding of the ’80s marked Horn’s transition into a full-time producer. His extensive production credits boast collaborations with Dollar, ABC, Malcolm McLaren, Yes, Grace Jones, and Frankie Goes to Hollywood.

Horn’s significant contributions garnered well-deserved recognition, manifesting in prestigious awards. He secured Brit Awards for Best British Producer in 1983, 1985, and 1992, a 1995 Grammy Award for his role in crafting Seal’s timeless hit “Kiss from a Rose,” and a 2010 Ivor Novello Award for his Outstanding Contribution to British Music.
