The 27-year-old, identified only as Ms Hill, testified for a second time on Tuesday Tuesday, August 17 2021 during a hearing to extend her restraining order against the Dodger’s pitcher for five years.
“He was becoming a little bit more aggressive” about two minutes after kissing and cuddling in his room, she claimed in her testimony.
“I had no idea that I was going to go unconscious,” Ms Hill said, demonstrating how he allegedly choked her with her hair as they began having intercourse.
She told the court that she awoke to be anally penetrated by Bauer after describing the alleged incident, to which she stated that she did not consent.
