Fury was born in Manchester, England to John Fury and Chantal . His father, John Fury, is of Irish Traveller descent and his mother is of Mauritian descent.
His half-brother is heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury. His father John Fury is a boxing cornerman and former professional boxer and bare-knuckle fighter.

On December 22, 2018, Fury made his professional debut against Jevgenijs Andrejevs (10-102-3) at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, winning a four-round points decision (PTS) (40–36).

The fight was on the undercard of Josh Warrington vs. Carl Frampton for the featherweight world title.
On March 23, 2019, he recorded his first professional stoppage, defeating Callum Ide (0-26-2) via first-round knockout (KO) in his second fight.
Fury made his US debut on the undercard of Jake Paul vs. Tyron Woodley on August 29, 2021. He won a unanimous decision over Anthony Taylor (0-1) by a score of 40-36 on all three judges’ scorecards.
