Mary Bernadette Therese Moylan was the wife of Tom Owen, a British actor famous for playing Tom Simmonite in the sitcom Last of the Summer Wine.

Despite being married to a famous actor, Mary Moylan led a quiet life hence there is not much information about her.
The pair tied the knot in 1978 and have two sons; James and William.

Though Mary and Tom Owen divorced, the circumstances which premised the divorce as well as they year they divorced is not public knowledge.

Mary’s husband Tom Owen, was a British actor famous for playing Tom Simmonite in the sitcom Last of the Summer Wine.
He made his maiden television appearance in 1968 playing Bill Cowan in Southern TV’s groundbreaking series Freewheelers of which he made fifty two episodes.
He also appeared with Kirk Douglas in the TV film Queenie, with Michael York in Great Expectations and David Hemmings in Unman, Wittering and Zigo.
Four years prior to his death, he starred in The Bromley Boys and The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society.
Tom Owen was born on 14 March 1914 and died on 12 July 1999 at age 73.
