Tom Jackson of “Queer Eye” has passed away. He was 63.

The native of Georgia lost his fight with cancer on Friday. He was battling metastatic adenocarcinoma.
According to Cancer Treatment Centers of America, metastatic adenocarcinoma, also known as stage 4 adenocarcinoma, occurs when cancer cells have spread to other regions of the body.

It was noted in his obituary that “Tom’s life’s high point was getting a role in the Netflix series “Queer Eye.” He took pleasure in the attention and told anybody who would listen about his experience!”

Tom Jackson made an appearance in the pilot episode of the new season of the show, You Can’t Repair Ugly, which helped establish the tone for the current season.
Bravo, a cable television network, broadcasted the first season of the Queer Eye show from 2003 through 2007.
With a new cast of makeover specialists, each with a focus on a different aspect of culture, fashion, grooming, gastronomy, or design, it was revived by Netflix.
