Nigerian music stars, Tiwa Savage, Rema, Olamide, and mire, are set to perform at the One Africa Music Fest in Brooklyn, New York today (1st October 2021).

Other artistes like Flavour N’abania, Oxlade, Ghana’s Kwaw Kese, South Africa’s Busiswa, etc., will also be performing. The DJs for the event are DJ Buka, DJ Skipp and DJ Young Kofi.
The concert will have another edition in Dubai on Friday, 26th November 2021. The tickets are sold between $30 to $60 and/or above, depending on the site purchased from.

According to some sources, One African Music Fest is part of the most prestigious leading platforms that help showcase Africa’s best and brightest talents. Their sole aim is to solidify Africa’s position within the entertainment industry on a global level.
However, there has been a few shortcomings in how the event has been carried out in the past years. In 2017, the organizers offered an apology to Ghanaian Rapper, Sarkodie after his performance was withheld as a result of the controversy.
Nigerian-American Rapper, Jidenna also faced the same issue that year after organizers failed to be time cautious.
Fans are anticipating a good show this year as the first edition begins today.
