Theo Nathaniel Epstein is an American Major League Baseball executive who is worth $30 million dollars.

He earned $10 million in salary each year at his peak. He currently works for MLB as a consultant.
MLB hired Epstein as a consultant for “on-field matters” in January 2021. Later that year, he joined Arctos Sports Partners, a private equity group.
Theo Epstein was previously the President of Baseball Operations for the Chicago Cubs. Before that, Theo Epstein served as Vice President and General Manager of the Boston Red Sox.
He played a role in ending two of MLB’s longest World Series droughts: the Red Sox won their first title in 86 years in 2004, and the Cubs won their first title in 108 years in 2016.

Epstein signed a five-year, $18.5 million contract to become the Chicago Cubs’ general manager in 2011. In 2016, he re-signed with the Cubs on a five-year, $50 million contract. During his career with the Cubs alone, Theo made nearly $70 million.
Theo and his wife paid $3.25 million for a 7,000-square-foot Chicago property in 2011. They listed the house for $3.75 million in September 2022.
