Theodor Dan is an English professional rugby union player who plays as a hooker for Premiership Rugby club Saracens and the England national side.

Dan joined the Saracens junior program in 2017 at the age of sixteen. Saracens academy coach and ex-player Kelly Brown encouraged him to switch to hooker when representing the club’s U16s team at the Wellington Festival.
Dan was recalled to the Saracens first-team after beginning the 2022-23 season on loan at Ampthill.
Dan won his first Premiership trophy on May 27, 2023, when he helped Saracens defeat Sale Sharks in the final after coming on as an early substitution.
