Theodor Dan is an English professional rugby union player for Premiership Rugby club Saracens and the England national side.

Dan joined the Saracens junior academy in 2017 when he was sixteen years old. While representing the club’s U16s team at the Wellington Festival, Saracens academy coach and ex-player Kelly Brown persuaded him to switch to hooker.
Dan was recalled to the Saracens first-team after starting the 2022-23 season on loan at Ampthill.
Dan won his first Premiership trophy on May 27, 2023, when he assisted Saracens to victory in the final against Sale Sharks, playing for 70 minutes after coming on as an early substitution.

On August 7, England’s final 33-man team for the Rugby World Cup 2023 was announced. He was the least experienced England player chosen by head coach Steve Borthwick, with only one cap to his name at the time of the announcement.
