Texas School Shooting Footage: Video appears to show gunman on school grounds

At least 19 children have been killed in a shooting at a primary school in Texas, the state governor has revealed.

The attack happened at Robb Elementary School in the city of Uvalde, around 80 miles west of San Antonio.

A video shared online appears to show a man with a rifle walking on the ground of Robb Elementary school in Uvalde, Texas. Investigators are working to piece together a clear timeline and motive for the Uvalde, Texas Shooting that killed 19 kids.

A parent of a victim said he was upset police did not react and moved into the school quickly.
