Nigerian Singer and Songwriter, Tems, has revealed that she will soon talk about so many things that have happened and still happening in her life. She added that she’s waiting for the right time to disclose all the things she’s been going through since before she entered the music industry.

In a Twitter post, the ‘Essence’ hitmaker mentioned that she’ll also talk about why she quit her office job some years back to pursue music. However, she said that she’s not in the right position to make all those revelations yet because she’s trying to find peace now. Tems is one of the very few artistes who posts on social media frequently. She’s known to be very reserved and quiet. A while ago she got into trouble in Uganda which landed her in prison along with her compatriot Omah Lay. It was reported that the two artistes were harassed by the Ugandan authorities for disobeying COVID-19 protocols when they performed for a group of fans in the country.

“Sometimes you just have to recognize that balance is needed. There will be a time when I’ll talk about everything that has happened, is happening. What prison felt like, everything from the moment I quit my office job 3 years ago. But for now, I’m just finding that balance,” she wrote.
