In the WNBA, Cash played as a forward for many teams including the Detroit Shock, VBM-SGAU Samara, Seattle Storm, ZVVZ USK Prague, Chicago Sky, Atlanta Dream, and New York Liberty.

Cash is a three-time WNBA champion, a two-time Olympic gold medalist, a Fiba World cup gold medalist, and a four-time WNBA All-Star.
