Sua Opeta, an American football guard for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL), was born on August 15, 1996. He played collegiate football for Weber State before being signed as an undrafted free agent by the Eagles in 2019.

The most of any offensive lineman at the NFL Scouting Combine, Opeta’s bench press performance was 39 repetitions at 225 pounds. Opeta was signed by the Philadelphia Eagles for training camp after going undrafted in 2019. He served on the practice squad for the first 12 weeks. He was added to the active roster on December 3. Opeta participated in seven games for the Eagles in 2022 before being ineligible for the team’s Week 17 matchup against the New Orleans Saints.
