For the National Football League’s Philadelphia Eagles, Sua Opeta plays guard. Previously to being signed by the Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2019, he played collegiate football for Weber State. He took part in both the offensive and defense of the game at Stansbury Park High School.

Opeta spent five seasons with the Weber State Wildcats, redshirting his first season. He was a redshirt freshman defensive tackle who then switched to the offensive line in the spring after being guaranteed a starting position. Opeta earned honorable mention All-Conference status in his debut season as an offensive tackle. Opeta received two FCS All-American honors. The NFLPA Collegiate Bowl selected him.
