Stonebwoy made this call while he was performing on the University of Ghana campus at the Hilla Liman Hall. He said “Make sure you get involved. I want you guys to get involved in our politics so that they cannot lie to us. If the youth get involved if they come and tell you A you will know it is B and if they come and tell you it is B you’ll know it’s A”.

Stonebwoy used the opportunity to ask the students to vote for their choice and someone they believe will help in the development of their constituency.

Beyond that, John Dumelo and Lydia Alhassan took to the stage in a display of unity before the 2024 elections. Lydia currently serves as the Member of Parliament for Ayawasa Wuogon, representing the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), while Dumelo stands as her primary opponent, representing the National Democratic Congress.
