Steve Doocy is an American television host, political commentator, and author. He and his wife Kathy Gerrity have three adult children.

Their children are Mary, Sally and Peter Doocy. Their son, Peter Doocy, has followed in his father’s footsteps and is a Fox News correspondent, serving as the network’s White House correspondent.

Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Villanova University in 2009. He worked as a Palestra.net correspondent for Fox News while in college.

After graduating from college, Doocy was employed by Fox News in 2009. He worked in New York and Chicago before transferring to Washington, D.C., in 2010.

Peter’s Fox News career has included coverage of President Biden’s election campaign and interviews with famous figures such as Robert O’Neill, the man who claims to have killed Usama bin Laden.
