Stephen Marley is a musician of Jamaican and American descent. Stephen has at least eleven children, many of whom are musicians.

Their names are: Joseph Mersa “Jo Mersa” Marley, Zipporah Marley, Yohan Marley, Lailah Marley, Shacia Marley, Binghi Marley, Nyah Marley, Summer Marley, Mystic Marley, Sasha Marley and Jeremiah Marley.

Stephen Marley’s eldest son, Jo Mersa Marley, was a musician. Jo Mersa Marley made his official musical debut in 2010 with “My Girl,” This was followed by the breakout single “Bad So” in 2012, and his debut EP, Comfortable, was released in 2014.

Jo Mersa Marley most recent album release was in 2021 when he dropped the album, Eternal. He died on December 27, 2022.

His daughter, Mystic Marley, released “Beatdown”, her debut single and music video on June 6, 2018.

Stephen Marley’s other daughter Shacia Marley, is a Dj. She is known professionally as DJ Sasha Payne. DJ Sasha Payne aspires to produce in the style of EDM supergroup Major Lazer.

She never strays from her famous family’s influence, noting that her father’s production on Chant Down Babylon is her gold standard.
