Australian journalist, Stan Grant’s real net worth is not known yet, however, some sources claim that he might be worth around $5 million.

Considering that he has been a well-decorated journalist for decades, it is understandable if he has been able to rake in such a great amount of wealth over the years.

Born on September 20, 1963, Stan Grant has more than three decades experience of working in broadcast radio and television news and current affairs. He was the host of the Seven Network current affairs programme Real Life, in 1994. He won the Logie Award for Most Popular Current Affairs Programme.

He took on the role of co-presenter of the one-hour 6:30 pm SBS World News Australia bulletin in 2007 and also presented ABC Local Radio’s Indigenous programme Speaking Out, however, he resigned in December that year.

In 2006, Grant was appointed UAE correspondent for CNN, based in CNN’s new Abu Dhabi news-gathering and production center. He returned to Australia in 2012 to help launch the SBS’ new National Indigenous Television channel.

He took part in a public debate at the IQ2 stage of The Ethics Center and spoke about colonialism and racism in 2015. From 2017 to 2023, Grant has worked several roles in his career. Some of them include Editor of  ABC’s Indigenous Affairs, Host of Matter of Fact, Al Jazeera English in Doha, ABC International Affairs Analyst, ABC China Tonight Program, and more. He resigned from his position as host of ABC’s Q+A after facing severe racial abuse.
