Snootie Wild was in a critical condition and received treatment after being shot. Snootie received CPR at the scene before being taken to an area hospital, according to authorities.

Doctors earlier on reportedly gave the Memphis rapper a 50/50 chance he will survive.

“Snootie is not DEAD!” his rep announced. “But he is fighting for his life. Out of respect for the family, please refrain from sharing anything that is not communicated through his official accounts. Thank you.”

Unfortunately, Snootie Wild gave up the fight and died from injuries sustained from gunshot.
