Sitiveni Mafi, a lock for Top 14 team Oyonnax, was born on December 9, 1989, and plays rugby union professionally. He was born in Australia and is the international representative for Tonga thanks his ancestry.

Mafi has previously played for the New South Wales Waratahs and the Leicester Tigers. Mafi participated in the 2013 Premiership Final as a substitute as Leicester defeated Northampton Saints. He scored a try in the 2017–18 Top 14 championship game as Castres overcame Montpellier after going on as a replacement.

He is the grandson of the late Sione Mafi Pahulu, a captain for Tonga. He went to Westfields Sports High School and played junior rugby in Sydney’s west with Parramatta Two Blues. He participated in the Australian Schoolboys team in 2007.
