Simon Dunn was an Australian bobsledder and rugby player best known as the first openly gay male to represent any country in the sport of bobsled.
Simon Dunn was the face of a national HIV test campaign with the charity, Terrence Higgins Trust while in London.

Simon Dunn was announced as an ambassador for GiveOUT Day. In 2020, he also became an ambassador for Bobby Goldsmith Foundation (BGF), Australia’s longest-running HIV charity.
Simon Dunn appeared in Attitude magazine’s Naked Issue and was later voted in number 1 on the magazine’s annual Hot 100 list.
Simon Dunn was nominated and shortlisted for the Australian LGBTI Awards Sports Personality of the Year in both 2018 and 2019.
Simon Dunn has contributed as a columnist to Attitude, Gay Times, DNA magazines’ online editions, GuysLikeU and Gays with Kids.
