Simi Announces The Release Of Her New Album Soon

Nigerian musician, Simi, has disclosed that she is ready to release her new album soon.

She made this known in a post sighted on her Twitter page. According to her, the album when released will blow the minds of her fans.

Simi was named the songwriter at the ongoing 14th edition of Headies Awards held at La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort in Ibeju-Lekki.

The category required no votes as the judges of the event, were required to decide on who is best fit for the award taking into consideration, the composition, arrangement and rendition.

Simi bypassed her colleagues in the category including Fireboy, Burna Boy, Omah Lay, Wurld, and her husband, Adekunle Gold to win the category with her popular song, Duduke.

After receiving the award, she dedicated it to his the award to her daughter, Deja for inspiring her to do more.
