Seyram Kwami Djentuh: Man charged with murder after stabbing at Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley train station

A 20-year-old young man who has been identified as Seyram Kwami Djentuh has been charged with murder after stabbing a man named Lauie Michael Tagaloa who was 24 years old.

According to sources, Seyram Kwami Djentuh is set to face Brisbane Magistrates Court on August 8, 2022. The police shared that there was an argument between two groups of men in Brunswick Street Mall around 4 am on Monday which led through a shopping mall close to where Tagaloa lost his life.

CCTV camera gave away enough evidence and emergency services were dispatched briefly after that.

On closer examination, they saw a male person lying on the ground and persons nearby had blood on them,” Regional Duty Officer Inspector Sean Cryer said.

Seyram Kwami Djentuh, along with two other men were located on platform four of the Fortitude Valley Station not too long after the incident and arrested all three of them upfront. However, the two other men were released afterward.
