Senta Berger is a well-known film actress who was born in Austria on May 13, 1941. Senta is also well recognized for being a renowned Austrian producer and actor for theatre and television. She played Hester Prynne in the 1973 adaptation of The Scarlet Letter and Eva in the 1977 film Cross of Iron, among other roles.

In the television series Kir Royal, Berger began his comeback in front of German-speaking viewers in the years 1985–1986. (Berger learned in the 1980s that Scottish vagrant Arthur Richard Jackson, who had attempted to kill American actress Theresa Saldana in 1982, admired her.) She portrayed a cab driver in Die schnelle Gerdi (“The fast Gerdi,” 1989–2002), another successful serial.
