Sebastiano Pochettino
Sebastiano is Pochettino’s older son. He was born in Barcelona on March 30, 2001. He is 21 years-old and was Tottenham’s first team sports scientist.
He joined the Spurs academy from Southampton in 2017, but was fired in November 2019.
Sebastiano is a Physical Preparator and Sport Scientist of Spanish and Argentinian descent. Strength and Conditioning, Football Coaching, Human Biology, and Recovery Management are among his specialties.

Sebastiano has specialized in Injury Prevention/Strength & Conditioning sessions, Salivary Hormones testing, and Sleep and Mood monitoring, as well as giving volatile assistance in the multi-disciplinary context of the Football Industry’s daily management.
Maurizio Pochettino
Maurizio is Pochettino’s second son. He is 19 years-old, and is playing as a winger for the under-23 team for Watford FC in Tottenham.
He was signed in on January 31, 2021 on a free transfer and his contract is set to expire on June 30, 2022.
Pochettino joined the academy of Southampton when his father was appointed their manager, and moved to Tottenham Hotspur in 2015.
Pochettino signed his first professional contract with Tottenham Hotspur in July 2019, joining up with their under-23 side.
He made his professional debut in a 2–0 EFL Championship defeat to Brentford on 1 May, as an 85th-minute substitute for Dan Gosling.
