Sebastián Ferreira, a Paraguayan professional football player on loan from the American team Houston Dynamo, plays forward for the Brazilian club Vasco da Gama.

Ferreira signed a loan agreement with Club Libertad of the Primera División of Paraguay on January 29, 2020, with the option to purchase the contract. On February 2, in a 2-1 victory over Nacional, he made his Gumarelo debut.

On February 7th, Gumarelo defeated Club River Plate 2-1 thanks to his first goal for Libertad, a penalty kick conversion in the 90+4th minute. As Libertad defeated General Daz 5-1 on March 7, Ferreira grabbed a hat-trick. In a Copa Libertadores group stage match three days later, he assisted Libertad with a brace to help them defeat Caracas 3-2.
