Samiuela Moli, a professional rugby union player for Moana Pasifika of the Super Rugby league, was born on December 24, 1998. He was born in New Zealand and is now an international representative for Tonga due his heritage.

In the 2017 Mitre 10 Cup Round 9 matchup against Counties Manukau, Moli made his Tasman debut. Moli was picked to the Tasman Mako team in September 2020 in preparation for the Mitre 10 Cup.

With Moli coming off the bench in the final’s 12-13 triumph over Auckland, the Mako went on to capture their second consecutive championship title. Despite Tasman reaching the final and losing to Waikato 23-20, Moli only made a handful appearances throughout the 2021 Bunnings NPC.
