Samiuela Lousi (born 20 July 1991) is a lock for the United Rugby Championship team Scarlets and a professional dual-code rugby player. He was born in New Zealand and is now an international representative for Tonga due his heritage. In 2010 and 2011, Lousi played for the Junior Kiwis rugby league side.

The tallest and heaviest player on the team, Lousi has a contract with the Warriors through the 2013 campaign. He played for the Auckland Vulcans in the NSW Cup for the entire 2012 campaign before making his National Rugby League debut in round 20 as a last-minute replacement for Steve Rapira, who sustained an injury during pre-game warm-ups. Lousi had participated in a game earlier that day for the Vulcans.
