Sacheen Littlefeather is a Native American civil right activist, model, and actress from the United States.

Sacheen Littlefeather had no children. However, she and her husband, Charles, adopted a Korean girl named Coleen. Details about her daughter Coleen have not been made known to the public.

Sacheen Littlefeather became involved in the Native American activist community during the Alcatraz occupation in 1969.

Littlefeather began attending classes at the American Conservatory Theater in 1974, where she studied acting, yoga, fencing, Shakespeare, dancing, and other skills for her acting career.
Sacheen Littlefeather played the role of Paleflower in Winterhawk, filmed in Kalispell, Montana. She has not appeared in many films after 1978.
Littlefeather was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in March 2018, a recurrence of the breast cancer she had been reported to be in remission from in 2012.
Littlefeather stated in a 2021 interview that cancer had spread to her right lung and that she was terminally ill. Littlefeather resides in Northern California.
