As part of the company’s “Team Galaxy” partnership, she became a brand ambassador for Samsung USA in November 2021.

Her fifth studio album, Emails I Can’t Send, was released in 2022.
On June 2, 2023, Carpenter was announced as the opener for Taylor Swift during her 12 shows for her Latin America leg of The Eras Tour, scheduled to start in August 2023.
