Forde received his education at Jamaica College in Kingston, Jamaica. Forde set a new personal best time for the 100 meters of 10.07 seconds in Atlanta in May 2023, coming second to compatriot Oblique Seville.
He finished second in the Jamaican national championship 100 meters in July 2023. In doing so, he set a new personal best time for the 100 meters of 9.96 seconds.
He was chosen to compete in the 2023 World Athletics Championships in Budapest, Hungary, in August 2023.
