Royce Lewis Parents: Meet Cindy Lewis, William Lewis

Royce Oliver Lewis is an American professional baseball shortstop for the Major League Baseball (MLB) Minnesota Twins.

Royce Lewis is the son of William Lewis and Cindy Lewis. Royce Lewis’ father William Lewis is one of the three founding partners of California’s The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar.

William has worked in the food industry for almost three decades. His company celebrated its 15th anniversary, which took place on October 5, 2022.

He had been in the sector for more than 13 years before starting his own. His father previously worked as a manager at Morton’s Steakhouse in Costa Mesa. Aside from the two winery restaurants, William works at another location in La Jolla.

Royce Lewis’ mother Cindy Lewis is The Winery’s bookkeeper. She used to play softball at San Jose State. Royce Lewis was regarded as one of the top prospects available in the 2017 Major League Baseball drafts.

After batting.377 with four home runs and 25 stolen bases as a senior, he was named California’s Baseball Gatorade Player of the Year in 2017. The Twins selected him first overall in the 2017 MLB draft and made his Major League Baseball debut in 2022.
