Ronnie Hillman was a running back in American football. In August 2022, Hillman was diagnosed with renal medullary carcinoma, a type of kidney cancer. The cancer treatments were ineffective.

On December 20, 2022, it was announced that he had entered hospice care for liver cancer and pneumonia. He died the next day, December 21 at the age of 31.
Hillman was originally from Compton, California. Hillman emphasised his talents and made his presence known at La Habra High School during his early years, lettering in basketball, football, and track.
He was a running back in football. He was named Southwest Division offensive player of the year in 2007 after leading the Highlanders to the CIF Southern Section Southwest Division championship with 1,615 yards and 20 touchdowns.

Ronnie Hillman attended San Diego State University for his college football career. He was drafted in the third round of the 2012 NFL Draft by the Denver Broncos.
Hillman’s best season came in 2015, as he rushed for 863 yards on 4.2 yards per carry and seven touchdowns in the regular season en route to a Super Bowl championship for the Broncos. He later played for the Minnesota Vikings, San Diego Chargers, and Dallas Cowboys.
