Roderick “Pooh” Clark Cause Of Death

Roderick ‘Pooh’ Clark, an original High-Five member who had the hit 1991 song I Like The Way, died on Sunday, April 17 in Waco, Texas.

According to TMZ, the artist died at the age of 49 from complications from a long-standing infection as well as pneumonia, which he had been battling for the past two weeks.
Marcus Sanders, one of his Hi-Five members, revealed that Clark had been in and out of the hospital for weeks.

The singer had already been struggling for decades, having been paralysed from the neck down for the previous 30 years following a horrific vehicle accident in 1992.

Clark and his group were very well known for his 1991 R&B quintet song I Like The Way (The Kissing Game). Their other hit singles from the eponymous debut album were I Just Can’t Handle It and I Can’t-Wait Another Minute.

Martinez Little, the group’s musical director, said, “We had some terrific phone chats in the past and some great visits when I was in Waco!” I’ll treasure them forever.’
