Robert Alan Sirico is an American Roman Catholic priest, and the founder of the Acton Institute for the Study of Religion and Liberty of Grand Rapids, Michigan. He was born on June 23, 1951, in Brooklyn, New York to Italian Catholic family.

Alan Sirico has two siblings, Carmine Sirico, Tony Sirico. Tony Sirico was an American actor best known for his role as Peter Paul “Paulie Walnuts” Gualtieri in The Sopranos. He died on July 8, 2022, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States. Carmine Sirico is also an actor, known to have featured in the film The Sopranos (1999).
