Robert Carradine Ex-Wife: Meet Edie Mani

Edie Mani is the ex-wife of Robert Carradine an American actor. The former couple got married in 1990.

They have two adult children together. A daughter Marika Reed Carradine and a son, Ian Alexander Carradine.

Carradine  and his then wife were in a serious vehicle accident on March 12, 2015. The car that Robert was driving collided with a truck on a highway.

Both he and his wife were brought to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the collision. Robert’s wife filed for divorce not long after the accident.

According to the divorce papers, Robert’s wife Edith says that he has been in a downward spiral since his brother David was found dead in 2009 after a mysterious suicide. Robert was eventually diagnosed with bipolar disorder.

Edith stated that Robert admitted to driving the automobile into the truck on purpose with the intent of killing them both. They were also arguing about money, with Edith saying Robert squandered the $70,000 compensation they received for appearing on Wife Swap.
