Robert Shelton III and Deby Shelton are the parents of professional golfer Robby Shelton IV.

Robby’s father, Robert Shelton III lettered in basketball, golf and football during his high school days. Shelton III attended Davidson High in Mobile. His teammates were Greg Jones who coached LSU from 1999-2005 and T.J. Jackson the University of South Alabama’s women’s golf coach.
Robert Shelton III’s father reportedly played football at the University of Alabama, before reaching the professional ranks with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Robby’s mother, Deby was a varsity softball player.

Robert Shelton III and Deby Shelton share four children; Robby Shelton IV, Haley Shelton, Heather Shelton and Hunter Shelton.
Their son Robby Shelton IV is an American professional golfer who is currently playing on the PGA Tour.
Since turning professional in 2016, Robby has earned 6 professional wins which include four Korn Ferry Tours (Nashville Golf Open, Knoxville Open, BMW Charity Pro-Am and the Pinnacle Bank Championship), Swing Thought Tour and PGA Tour Canada.
