Reilly Smith is a Canadian ice hockey player who plays for the Vegas Golden Knights NHL as a right winger.
Born on April 1, 1991, in Etobicoke, Toronto, Canada, Smith doubles as an alternate captain for the Knights.
Smith attended St. Michael’s College School where he played junior hockey with the Toronto Nationals U16 AAA.

While at St. Michael’s College, he served as captain and earned the Most Valuable Player award.
Smith also clinched a bronze medal at the 2008 World Junior A Challenge.
He then proceeded to Miami University where he made a successful collegiate career with the Red Hawks.
After three seasons with the Hawks, he was drafted by the Dallas Stars as 69th overall pick in the third round of the 2009 NHL draft.
After a time with the Stars, he played for the Boston Bruins, and the Florida Panthers.
In 2022, Smith signed a three-year deal worth $15 million with the Vegas Golden Knights.
