The 2024 Champions League victors had previously halted all negotiations for the left-back, but they are now prepared to fully commit.
Davies, whose contract with Bayern expires next summer, may consider relocating if he does not accept Bayern’s latest contract renewal proposal.
As per transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Real Madrid initiated fresh discussions with Davies earlier this week.

“Understand Real Madrid are still working on Alphonso Davies deal, as new contacts took place this week.
“Bayern new contract proposal, still valid — so it’s up to Alphonso now; accept it or leave.
“Real won’t pay rumoured €50m fee, only on favourable conditions,” the sports journalist wrote on X.
Although Bayern has purportedly valued him at €50 million, Los Blancos aim to negotiate a lower fee by capitalizing on Davies’ potential departure to secure a favorable deal.
