Rayan Rupert is a basketball free agent who last played as a shooting guard for the New Zealand Breakers of the National Basketball League (NBL).

Born on May 31, 2004, in Strasbourg, France, Rayan graduated from the INSEP Academy in France.

Rayan comes from a family of basketball players. He is the son of late EuroLeague player Thierry Rupert who was also captain of the French national team during his time.

Rayan also has a sister named Iliana, who made it to the WNBA draft in 2021 as the 12th overall pick, and now plays for the Atlanta Dream.

In 2019 Rayan began playing for Centre Fédéral in the French NM1, and played with the team for two seasons, before he moved to Pôle France, where he played for one season.

In June 2022, the New Zealand Breakers signed in Rayan for the 2022–23 NBL season.
