Raul Julia, known fully as Raúl Rafael Carlos Juliá Arcelay, was a Puerto Rican actor who was known to be one of the best Puerto Rican actors of all time.

Raul Julia has appeared in a number of movies and some of them include The Panic in Needle Park, The Gumball Rally, The Organization, Been Down So Long It Looks Like Up to Me, Strong Medicine, One from the Heart, and others.

Raul Julia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on March 9, 1940, and died in Manhasset, New York, on October 24, 1994, at the age of 54 years as a result of complications of a stroke.

Raul Julia’s death was a big miss to the movie industry and a number of people expressed their heartfelt condolences to his family.

Raul Julia was married on two occasions: to Merel Poloway and Magda Vasallo and had two children called Raul Sigmund Julia and Benjamín Rafael Julia.
