Randy Marlon Waldrum, an American former professional soccer player, is currently the head coach of the University of Pittsburgh Panthers women’s soccer team as well as the Nigeria women’s national soccer team. He was born on September 25, 1956.

At Austin College, where he began his coaching career in 1982, the men’s soccer team finished with a 4-12-1 record. He has a 6-10 record as Texas Wesleyan University’s head men’s soccer coach in 1988.

He served as the head coach of the men’s and women’s soccer teams at the University of Tulsa from 1989 until 1994. With the men, he had a record of 66-33-6, while with the ladies, it was 61-36-9.
In 2004 and 2010, Waldrum served as the captain of the Notre Dame women’s soccer team, which won two national titles.
