Sports enthusiast Ragga Ragnars has twice competed in the Olympics. She studied acting after giving up swimming, and today is recognized for her performance as Gunnhild in Michael Hirst’s historical drama television series, Vikings.

At the Athens 2004 Summer Olympics, Iceland’s youngest swimmer, Ragga Ragnars, made her Olympic debut. She was 19 years old. She qualified for two swimming events by achieving B-standard entry times of 26.34 in the 50-meter freestyle and 56.74 in the 100-meter freestyle, respectively.

For the second time, she qualified for the Beijing Summer Olympics in 2008. She also passed the FINA B-cuts of 56.06 and 25.95 from the Dutch Open Swim Cup in Eindhoven and the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, respectively.

Ragga Ragnars is not yet married. She previously wed Atli Bjarnason, her lover. As a business administrator, Atli is employed. Prior to being married, they had been together for a while. Nothing else about their romantic life has been disclosed. They ultimately decide to legally become husband and wife. They got married at last in front of their loved ones, friends, and family. A gorgeous image of their Instagram account was also shared.
