Former Villarreal striker Rafael Santos was born to his parents, Ismael Borré Aguilera and Deysi Maury.

There is no much information regarding his parents.
Rafael has been playing for the German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt since 2021, and has helped the club reach the Europa League finals.
Before then, he played for River Plate, where he won several titles, including the Copa Libertadores, and the Argentine Primera División.

Rafael turned pro with the Colombian club Deportivo Cali in 2013, and from there moved to Europe and joined the Spanish club Atlético Madrid.
He had spent most of his time playing for the reserve team, Atlético Madrid B, and additionally played for Villarreal and Deportivo La Coruña on loan.
So far, the Columbian-born athlete has recorded tremendous success in both domestic and international football.
Rafael is married to his lovely wife, Ana Caicedo, a trained journalist and a football lover. The couple live together in Germany.
