Pasha Kovalev is a Russian professional dancer and husband of Rachel Riley.

Kovalev was born in 1980, and has appeared on the dance shows So You Think You Can Dance and Strictly Come Dancing, where he finished as runner-up.
Kovalev and Riley got married in 2019 and together they have two children.

Rachel Riley MBE is a TV presenter known for co-hosting the Channel 4 daytime puzzle show Countdown.
Born on January 11, 1986, in Rochford, Essex, England, Riley has also co-hosted The Gadget Show on Channel 5 and the show, It’s Not Rocket Science, on ITV.

Riley is a graduate of Oxford University, where she studied mathematics. She had appeared on the eleventh season of Strictly Come Dancing in 2013.
In 2016, she joined Sky Sports as a presenter on Friday Night Football together with Jeff Stelling. She additionally presented Fantasy Football Club with Max Rushden and Paul Merson.
Riley has authored a book titled At Sixes and Sevens: How to Understand Numbers and Make Maths Easy, which she published in 2021.
Riley recently made it to the King’s Honours List and received an MBE for her efforts in combating antisemitism and raising awareness of the Holocaust.
Riley is known to hold debates over antisemitism in the Labour Party and had been a critic of Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership.
